treating life like the todo list even leisurely activities actually opens mental freedom it places equal priority on all aspects of life in a holistic and structured manner that restores balance and unity. if we structured our brainrot time, our relaxation time, our eating, and sleeping, every component of our existence is then lived within a certain confined intentional way. it frees our mind from the shackles of uncertainty and anxiety. it feels tryhard but it actually isn’t. being tryhard has a bad rep, but its the key to life. being tryhard is just another way of being intentional with your life obviously dont do this tryhard shit for the sake of being tryhard, it comes as a natural consequence of living life in the opposite way, and coming to the realization that being a tryhard and being intentional about life actually fixes your problems. you need to see the darkness to see the light
every minute action has a purpose and function. everything prepares the moment for the next. the teeth you brush freshens your mouth and makes you less self-conscious about your bad breath the entire day. the 10 minutes of meditation in the morning clears your headspace. the sip of what you drink hydrates every singular breath you take is a finite resource you exhaust to prepare the next second of living
every action serves its own incredibly important purpose, making mundane life feel infinitely more interesting.
create guidelines. create structure. -> create freedom even artists have guidelines poets have stanzas that box their prose into neat packages structure is productive, it loosens/eases the mind. it offloads the worry of moving deadlines and creates absolutes, in a world of infinite entropy/chaos. stability in a torrent/tornado of floating dreams, thoughts, and aspiration spun through this vortex/tornado passing through this tornado at 150mph, waiting for someone to hold a bug net out and capture them
